About the Artist

It is often said, “Find something you love and figure out a means to make a living at it”. This is exactly what Josh Mishler decided to do. Possessing an immense love for cars and an equal appreciation for photography, it only made sense that he would find an avenue to combine the two. As a young college student, he was able to break onto the automotive publishing scene due to his unique style of photography. Upon graduating from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Josh immediately filled the role as the head photographer for Buckaroo Communications. His work is displayed within the pages of the company’s several different hot rod and custom themed magazines. Today, Mishler continues to work for Buckaroo while traveling the country, seeking to capture the perfect combination of automotive artistry and photographic expression.
